  • LISTING ENTRY - $200

    Our services include but are not limited to making sure information is entered into RMLS, scheduling pictures; scheduling signpost installation/flyer box and removal; keeping flyer box full; making sure you have a signed copy of the Seller Property Disclosures.

  • OPEN TO CLOSE - $400

    Our services include but are not limited to Opening escrow/EM deposit; make sure the home inspection is scheduled; keep communication going between you-the buyer-the lender-the seller-and escrow; make sure all contracts and disclosures are signed around and everyone has a copy; make sure that all your brokerage house specific paperwork is done so that you get paid - we can upload to your broker portal; keep you aprised of all important dates; up to 5 addendums free; broker demands; make sure escrow schedules signing appointment.

  • BOOKKEEPING

    Our services include monthly checks; statement input; reconciliations; annual input and tax preparation for your accountant. We have QuickBooks experience.

    Fee to be determined upon level of need.

  • EXTRA's

    We go one step above to make you look that much better than the rest. As long as you are a client of ours, we keep track of birthdays and home anniversary sold/move-in dates to show that you care and that adds an extra touch.

    At the end of every transaction we will email you a copy of the deal file so that you have a full copy for your records and for your brokerage’s records.

    Just because it’s extra, doesn’t mean it cost’s more. This is included as a special gift.
